Your role and responsibilities:

• Assists a business/business manager(s) in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
• Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
• Implement ABB processes and initiate continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiate’s appropriate action.
• Arrange business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.
• Provides financial support at a business level, which includes monitoring budget spending, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, and other related tasks.

Qualifications for the role:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Experience working with senior and executive management
• Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and Concur preferred
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Compensation

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $58,500 and $93,600 annually.
