The opportunity

We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead the strategy and development of Radiometer's global corporate content and channels across internal and external audiences. The role is part of Global Communications and reports to the Head of Communications. The role is based at Radiometer's headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark or could be fully remote.

You will own two closely connected areas: our content strategy, defining the stories, themes and editorial priorities that support our business and communications objectives; and our channel strategy, defining how our channels serve different audiences and work together as an integrated ecosystem.

This is a strategic role with a strong hands-on element. You will set direction while also writing, creating and activating content yourself.

You will work closely with colleagues responsible for Brand, Leadership and Employee Communications and partner with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership. You will also lead two student employees who support the wider Communications team.

What you’ll drive

In this role, you will turn strategy into communications that strengthen how Radiometer connects with internal and external audiences.

You will:

  • Build and continuously evolve a clear, audience-led content strategy that brings Radiometer's business priorities, brand and impact to life.
  • Turn that strategy into relevant, high-quality content, translating business, leadership and strategic priorities into communications for internal and external audiences and combining strategic direction with hands-on content creation.
  • Lead and continuously evolve our channel strategy, creating an integrated ecosystem where each channel has a clear purpose, audience and role.
  • Drive how we activate and optimize our channels, ensuring content is used effectively across formats and platforms and using data, audience insights and performance measures to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies across content and channels to strengthen insights, creativity and efficiency, while ensuring communications remain authentic, human and true to Radiometer's voice.
  • Partner with Brand, Leadership and Employee Communications and stakeholders across the business, advising on the right content and channel approach while establishing clear, compliant ways of working.
  • Lead and develop two student employees and help prioritize their support across the wider Communications team.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing corporate content strategies aligned with business priorities, audience needs and communications objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing channel strategies across corporate digital, social and/or internal communications channels.
  • Experience using performance data, audience insights and feedback to evaluate and improve content and channel effectiveness.
  • Strong English copywriting, editing and content creation capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business, scientific or strategic topics into clear communications for different audiences.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional communications projects and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools in communications workflows, including content development, audience insights and/or channel optimization.

It would be a plus if you also have...

  • Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech or another regulated industry.
  • Experience developing others or an interest in taking on formal people-leadership responsibility.

Application

We review applications on an ongoing basis and encourage you to submit yours as soon as possible.

We look forward to hearing from you.
