The opportunity

As a Customer Project Manager at Worldline, you will play a key role in delivering payment and commerce solutions for our customers, working at the intersection of business, technology and delivery. You will take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, coordinating customers, internal teams and external partners to keep delivery moving and commitments on track. We are looking for someone who already understands the payments and technology landscape, can quickly understand complex project environments and is comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions and driving actions without needing step-by-step guidance. This is an opportunity to work on international projects in a fast-moving payments environment, with the autonomy to make a real impact on customer delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and timelines from initiation through delivery.
• Review project progress, identifying risks, issues and deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on track.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring expectations, commitments, decisions and priorities remain clearly aligned throughout delivery.
• Run project governance, providing clear status reporting and ensuring actions, decisions and escalations are properly documented and followed up.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholders towards agreed actions, proactively removing blockers and escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers and external partners to ensure dependencies are managed and project deliverables are completed on time.

Who are we looking for

• You have 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing payment or technology projects within complex, international environments.
• You have solid knowledge of payment technologies and concepts, allowing you to understand technical discussions without extensive explanation.
• You take ownership of projects, working independently and driving progress without requiring step-by-step guidance from others.
• You are proactive and confident, comfortable challenging issues, asking the right questions and pushing stakeholders towards resolution.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, technical teams and business stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• You have excellent Spanish and English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and international teams in both languages.
• You master project management fundamentals, including planning, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder management, governance and reporting, while remaining accountable and solution-oriented.
