Creative Art Designer (Head) – Home Textiles & Apparel

Lux Decor Collection is a growing private label ecommerce brand, selling across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, eBay, Wayfair, SHEIN, Temu, & more. We are looking for a Creative Art Designer to develop modern, commercially focused visual content for our growing range of home textiles & apparel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create modern, commercial creatives for home textiles, bedding, home décor, and apparel

• Develop e-commerce listings, lifestyle creatives, infographics, banners, campaigns, and short-form videos

• Develop creative concepts aligned with U.S. market trends and consumer aesthetics

• Leverage AI tools for image generation, product visualization, and video creation

• Lead and manage the creative team, assigning projects, reviewing output, and maintaining quality and deadlines

• Collaborate with Product R&D, Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience at a senior/lead level

• Proven experience leading a creative/design team

• Experience with U.S.-based companies or U.S.-market e-commerce

• Background in home textiles, bedding, home décor, apparel, or consumer products preferred

• Strong portfolio of modern, commercial, product-focused design

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills

• Experience with AI-powered image/video tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar

• Strong understanding of U.S. e-commerce design, visual storytelling, & current trends

This is a fully remote role.

Working days: Monday – Friday
