  • Lead weekly co-manufacturer meetings to monitor performance, evaluate production schedules, and proactively mitigate operational risks.
  • Conduct site visits to perform line audits, validate manufacturing processes, and strengthen partner relationships on the shop floor.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new co-manufacturers, overseeing pilot trials, initial production runs, and process validations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Quality to establish spec compliance, resolve quality holds, and manage corrective action plans across manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with Innovation to translate new product requirements into operational manufacturing plans prior to production runs.
  • Coordinate material staging and outbound product shipments with Logistics to maintain continuous throughput.

Inventory and Materials

  • Ensure partners report timely data on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory; lead efforts to reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Align with Raw Material Planning to ensure full material availability ahead of scheduled production runs.

Planning and Scheduling

  • Validate vendor schedules against internal planning models and communicate capacity constraints or disruptions immediately.

Accounting Support

  • Assist Accounting with PO verification, invoice reconciliation, and documentation retrieval from co-man partners.
