Job Summary

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the assigned territory to achieve operational targets and strategic business objectives.
• Analyze business and customer needs, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, customer experience, and product offerings.
• Lead and deliver short-term projects (3 to 9 months) with defined scope, objectives, and outcomes.
• Develop, strengthen, and maintain profitable relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Support customers on loss prevention initiatives, claims-related matters, and product knowledge training.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal business units on products and services.
• Provide technical consultation and practical solutions to address customer challenges and improve business performance.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and proactive account management.
• Anticipate customer needs and monitor market trends to recommend improvements and business opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues within the function, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
