Remote Home Video Recording Contributor — LATAM

Project Overview

Interested in earning money while doing your usual daily household chores? This might be the project for you!

We are looking for contributors across Latin America (LATAM) to participate in a remote data collection project involving first-person perspective (POV) video recordings of everyday household activities.

Participants will record their normal daily routines at home using a smartphone mounted on a forehead strap. The recordings will help support data collection for AI-related projects.

No previous experience in data annotation or video recording is required.

Project overview

Participants will record everyday household activities, such as:

• Cooking and preparing meals.

• Washing dishes.

• Doing and folding laundry.

• Making the bed.

• Cleaning the bathroom and other areas of the home.

• Tidying up and organizing household items.

• Taking care of plants.

• Performing other routine household chores.

Recording will be done through app, where you select activity to from a list. Detailed instructions to be shared once you confirm interest.

Compensation

• USD 05 per approved video hour (non-negotiable)

• Payment is based on approved recorded video hours.

• Approval is done directly by our client via the app.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.

• Residing in a LATAM country.

• Having a compatible smartphone + a forehead phone strap

• Having a stable connection to record from the app

• Ability to understand instructions in English.

Device needed to start:

A headstrap to carry your phone for first-person POV recording, plus one of the following smartphone models:

• iPhone: Models 13–17, excluding iPhone 16e and iPhone 17e.

• Google Pixel: Pixel 6 or newer.

• Samsung Galaxy: S21 or newer (S series)

Work Arrangement

• Remote — participants record in their own homes.

• Flexible recording schedule, subject to project instructions and submission deadlines.

• Participants record their normal household routines.

• No acting or speaking to the camera is required.
