  • Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

We are seeking a Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer to support and evolve the LATAM data and analytics landscape by keeping BI and data integration solutions stable while advancing a pragmatic modernization journey. Responsibilities Support and maintain BI and data integration solutions across LATAM Ensure operational continuity for analytics and integration platforms Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in ETL pipelines and BI reporting Work across hybrid environments that include legacy and modern tooling Reduce dependency on legacy knowledge by documenting and standardizing processes Coordinate transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities Contribute to modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy Requirements 3+ years of experience in BI and data integration/ETL delivery Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration workflows Strong leadership in driving transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities Project execution skills in hybrid legacy and modern analytics environments Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and troubleshooting Strong collaboration skills for working effectively in distributed teams Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) Nice to have Spanish language skills for LATAM coverage Experience with Informatica
