Senior Data Software Engineer

If you're looking for a role where technical depth meets real business impact, this position is a great fit Responsibilities Design and develop data solutions that support financial reporting and business analytics needs Build and maintain integrations between multiple enterprise systems and data sources Write and optimize complex queries to support efficient data retrieval and reporting Develop and maintain backend components that support data processing and transformation Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy across systems Support the maintenance and performance tuning of multidimensional data structures Participate in testing activities to validate data integrity and system functionality Document technical processes and data flows to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities Requirements A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and optimizing relational databases Solid experience with Java for backend development and system integration Hands-on experience with Oracle Essbase for building and maintaining multidimensional data models Experience working with SAP as a data source, including extracting and integrating data into downstream systems Upper-intermediate English language skills or higher (B2) Nice to have Experience with Cognos TM1 for planning, budgeting, and multidimensional analysis Familiarity with MDX for querying multidimensional data structures Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services for building analytical and reporting solutions Working knowledge of OLAP concepts and technologies for supporting complex data analysis
