Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Media Buyer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven performance marketer who knows how to build, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media channels.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, improving ROAS, reducing customer acquisition costs, and driving measurable business growth.

You'll take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization while working directly with a high-performing international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign Management: Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize conversions, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, allocate spend effectively, and scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages.
• Creative Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives, messaging, and campaign concepts.
• Tracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and attribution tools.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and provide actionable performance insights.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute structured experiments to improve campaign performance and identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of advertising platform updates, competitor strategies, and emerging paid media trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate campaign results, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and optimize customer acquisition costs.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising, paid search, conversion funnels, and performance marketing strategies.
• Experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with creative testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and consistently deliver results in a remote environment.
• Experience working with international clients or marketing agencies is highly desirable.

• Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or additional advertising platforms.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or direct-response marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or other marketing and CRM platforms.
• Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience leading paid media strategies or mentoring junior media buyers.
