Affiliate Manager — TikTok Shop

OVERVIEW:

The Affiliate Program Lead will be responsible for developing and growing Quartile’s TikTok Shop affiliate creator network across multiple client brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem, knows how to identify and recruit high-potential creators, and can build lasting relationships that translate into product sales.

You’ll work closely with our TikTok Shop Strategists to connect the right creators with the right brands, execute targeted outreach campaigns, support creator activations, and continuously improve affiliate performance.

As our TikTok Shop business grows, this position will have the opportunity to develop processes, establish best practices, and eventually build and lead a dedicated affiliate team.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build something, not simply maintain an existing program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.

• Hands-on experience working within the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and engage creators for product-based affiliate campaigns.

• Understanding of how TikTok Shop affiliate content, product tagging, commissions, and creator relationships contribute to sales.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic creator relationships.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns, creator lists, or brand partnerships simultaneously.

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing ongoing outreach and follow-up activity.

• Comfortable using data and performance metrics to evaluate creator opportunities and improve results.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote environment.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Existing relationships within the TikTok Shop affiliate creator community.

• Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, or affiliate management platforms.

• Familiarity with creator discovery and management tools such as Cruva, FastMoss, Kalodata, or similar platforms.

• Experience managing creator sampling programs and affiliate commission-based partnerships.

• Understanding of TikTok Shop GMV, creator conversion performance, and shoppable content strategies.

• Experience implementing workflows, automation, or AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.

• Previous experience developing or scaling an affiliate or creator community program.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Affiliate Recruitment & Creator Network Development

• Identify, research, and recruit TikTok Shop affiliates who align with our clients’ products, categories, and target audiences.

• Build and maintain a growing network of high-performing TikTok Shop creators across multiple consumer product categories.

• Execute targeted affiliate outreach campaigns, including personalized invitations, follow-ups, and creator reactivation.

• Identify emerging creators with strong sales potential, as well as established affiliates with proven conversion performance.

• Develop relationships with creators that encourage repeat collaborations and long-term brand partnerships.

• Help expand Quartile’s reputation as a trusted partner within the TikTok Shop creator community.

Creator Relationships & Activation

• Serve as a primary relationship contact for affiliate creators participating in Quartile-managed brand programs.

• Communicate product opportunities, commission structures, sampling availability, and campaign details to creators.

• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Strategists to connect creators with approved products and brand opportunities.

• Support creator onboarding and engagement through TikTok Shop messaging, creator communities, and affiliate communication platforms.

• Encourage creators to produce high-quality, shoppable content and continue promoting products that demonstrate strong conversion potential.

• Build relationships with top-performing affiliates and identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships.

Affiliate Campaign Execution & Performance

• Execute affiliate recruitment initiatives aligned with each brand’s growth strategy and priority products.

• Support product sampling campaigns through creator targeting, recruitment, and follow-up communications.

• Track outreach effectiveness, creator participation, content publication, and resulting affiliate sales.

• Identify high-performing creators and content trends to inform future recruitment and engagement efforts.

• Partner with Strategists to identify opportunities for creator reactivation, additional product collaborations, and sustained affiliate activity.

• Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, creator targeting, and engagement approaches.

Program Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Help establish scalable affiliate recruitment processes, outreach workflows, and creator communication standards.

• Maintain organized creator databases, affiliate lists, and relationship management systems.

• Collaborate with TikTok Shop Strategists, Operations, and leadership to align affiliate execution with client priorities.

• Provide regular updates on affiliate recruitment, creator activation, and performance trends.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI, and affiliate management technology.

• Contribute to the development of training materials, SOPs, and processes as the program expands.

• Help shape the future structure of Quartile’s affiliate team, with opportunities to mentor and eventually manage additional team members.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

Success in this role goes beyond the number of creators contacted. We’re looking for someone who can build an engaged, productive affiliate network that contributes to meaningful brand growth.

Key performance indicators may include:

• Growth of Quartile’s active TikTok Shop affiliate creator network.

• Affiliate recruitment and outreach conversion rates.

• Creator activation and sample-to-content publication rates.

• Growth in the number of active, sales-generating affiliates.

• Affiliate-attributed GMV and repeat creator performance.

• Creator retention, reactivation, and ongoing engagement.

• Development of scalable workflows that support an expanding portfolio of client brands.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:

This position is designed to grow alongside Quartile’s TikTok Shop Full-Service Partner Program.

Initially, the Affiliate Program Lead will be heavily involved in hands-on creator recruitment, outreach, and relationship management.

As our client portfolio and affiliate network expand, this individual will have the opportunity to help shape the department, establish processes, and build a team responsible for affiliate recruitment and creator relationship management at scale.
