Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to handle customer orders, ensure timely processing within 60 minutes for next-day delivery, follow up on outstanding information, take orders over the phone, and keep customers updated on any delays. The ideal candidate is a fast worker with strong spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all orders are processed and replied to within 60 minutes to ensure they can be dispatched for next-day delivery

• Following up with customers for outstanding information

• Taking orders over the phone

• Keeping customers up to date with any delays

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Customer focused

• Strong communicator

• Fast worker

• Highly detail-oriented

• Able to juggle multiple priorities at once

• Good spoken & written English

Nice-to-Have:

• Has some knowledge & experience with ironmongery/hardware

• Salary Range: PHP 25,000 to PHP 50,000 (depending on experience)

• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time
