Systems & Product Manager | Cape Town, Western Cape (Remote) | Luxury Hospitality Portfolio

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems & Product Manager to oversee systems, digital platforms and product development for a luxury hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising operational systems, improving user experience and ensuring that technology solutions support the portfolio's business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, management and optimisation of systems across the hospitality portfolio.
  

• Manage hospitality technology platforms and ensure their effective integration with existing systems.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology providers to implement system improvements.
  

• Manage product development processes, system updates and ongoing enhancements.
  

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions where necessary.
  

• Ensure systems remain aligned with operational requirements and business objectives.
  

• Provide training, guidance and support to users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in systems management, product management or a similar technology-focused role.
  

• Experience working with hospitality systems and digital platforms would be advantageous.
  

• Strong understanding of system integrations, process optimisation and technology implementation.
  

• Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a remote working environment.
  

• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  

Salary: R40,000 – R45,000 per month.
