Drive operational execution, maintain project momentum, support leadership priorities, and use AI tools to improve productivity across a fully remote global environment.

Fully Remote – South Africa | Flexible, project-based schedule | R28,500 – R30,000 per month

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

The Junior Chief of Staff will also act as an AI catalyst, using tools including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot to automate repetitive workflows, improve research and internal communication, and drive organisational productivity.

The opportunity is suitable for either a high-potential new graduate looking to gain comprehensive business and operations experience or an experienced, exceptionally organised professional who excels at bringing order to complexity.
