This role puts you at the center of a growing residential practice, acting as the technical lead and Florida permitting expert for a team of experienced architects who are new to Florida codes and U.S. drawing conventions. The team will produce the drawings from schematic design through construction documents, while you set the standards, review every permit set, and guide them through local requirements. Projects include single-family remodels, additions, garage conversions, and ADUs across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with an initial volume of 3–5 projects per month. If you're a natural mentor who enjoys building consistent, reliable workflows, we want to hear from you!
BetterPros unlocks human potential by offering competitive compensation, flexibility, constant learning and growth, and the opportunity to work anywhere you want with one of our +130 active clients across the United States.
