Senior .NET Developer (Fintech)

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer (Fintech).

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop and maintain backend services for payment processing and the back office: reconciliation, payouts, fee calculation, settlements and the B2B client dashboard;
• Build resilient integrations and asynchronous workflows (idempotency, outbox/inbox, sagas, retries, deduplication);
• Meet performance and reliability targets (p95/p99 latency, SLA/SLO), set up monitoring and alerting;
• Deliver tasks with AI agents, validate the generated code, add tests and fix defects;
• Review code, keep specifications up to date and share knowledge with the team.

We expect from you:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core;
• Experience designing microservices;
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, AKS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB and Cosmos DB;
• Real experience delivering tasks with AI tools or agents from task definition to a working result. You understand every line you ship and can explain it;
• Clean, maintainable code with tests;
• Ownership of results and open communication when something goes wrong;
  
  Nice to have: payments or banking background, spec-driven development, product or startup experience, mentoring or technical leadership.
