The role of Business Owner (BO) responds to the need of consolidating the strategic ownership of the respective market area(s). The Business Owner will be ultimately responsible for the development of the short, mid and long-term business performance for its reference market, to be achieved through the matrixial cooperation with the Domain Functions.

Key Responsabilities

The main responsibilities of the Business Owner CBRN are:

·       Preparation and implementation of the Strategic Business Plan, for the CBRN market area(s) including:

-                 Vision statement (ambition).

-                 Market strategy in coordination with Strategy, Sales & Business Development, KAMs

-                 Offer strategy in coordination with the reference BLs, Strategy, Sales & Business Development, KAMs

-                 Product family Strategy & Innovation in coordination with the reference BLs, Strategy, Sales & Business Development and Engineering, including having the leadership in steering financed R&T opportunities towards the strategic objectives.

·       Contribution to the achievement of financial objectives for the respective market (O.I., AGM, Sales, Cash)

·       Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

·       Organizing and chairing periodical reviews of the respective market segments with the relevant Functions and management on business performance, product policy, innovation and any other issue related to the implementation of the strategic business plan.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Knowledge of the main trend of the military CBRN market
• Knowledge of the CBRN operational concept at national and NATO level
• Fluent in English
• High performance Team management and coordination
• CBRN courses and qualifications
