Hiring great talent is a second full-time job. And most offshore staffing partners? Too generic. Too hands off. Too much cleanup on your end. So we built something different: * Full-cycle staffing for ops roles in trades (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) * Operators who think, not just do: trained to improve systems, not wait for instructions * Clear KPIs, structured onboarding, and embedded support so you don't have to micromanage * Ongoing upskilling and support to drive continuous improvement Here's what sets our people apart: They make you easier to work with. Our operators are trained in remote excellence: clear communication, proactive follow-up, managing up. They become someone you trust, not someone you check in on. They make your business more efficient. From ChatGPT prompts to workflow automation, we train our operators to use the tools already in your stack. They reduce your workload and raise your ceiling. Today, our team supports dozens of 7- and 8-figure operators with high retention offshore teams that free up their time, lower their payroll costs, and increase leverage. Want to see what's possible? Your job is to help the Client succeed.

Our job is to help you succeed.

About the Client

As a remote General Maintenance Project Manager, you’ll handle a high volume of fencing, roofing, and drywall work orders every day and oversee licensed contractors in the field. You’ll review their diagnoses, check scopes, and confirm quality before any work moves forward.

You’re the technical gatekeeper. You flag issues, clarify scope, and push back on anything that doesn’t meet our client’s standards. This is a contractor-to-contractor role. You won’t schedule, dispatch, or talk to residents. Your job is to challenge bids, clarify repairs, and keep jobs moving.

This role suits HVAC or plumbing professionals who want to move from fieldwork to full-time remote work and put their hands-on experience to use at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 15–20+ general maintenance work orders a day, with steady year-round volume that keeps growing
  • Review contractor reports, photos, and videos to verify diagnoses and catch issues early
  • Scope jobs accurately, catching misdiagnoses, inflated bids, wrong quantities, and missing materials
  • Give field contractors clear, confident direction and push back when needed
  • Answer contractor calls promptly and keep your work order queue current at all times
  • Own communication across each job, from the field to internal ops through wrap-up
  • Act as the final quality gatekeeper before approval and billing
  • Track job progress and completion in the client’s custom internal platform
  • Cross-train on HVAC and plumbing work orders and help cover those queues as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC or plumbing experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience reading system tags, data plates, and job-site photos to assess work
  • Fencing, roofing, or drywall exposure is a plus but not required (training provided)
  • Exceptional verbal communication: you can speak clearly and confidently with US-based contractors and push back with precision, not aggression
  • Highly responsive and organized, and comfortable managing dozens of open work orders at once
  • Fast learner on new software
  • Willingness to trade fieldwork for full-time remote work
  • Fluent English, verbal and written

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)

  • Up to $1450, depending on experience
  • 13th month pay
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
  • Annual continuing education budget to support professional development

Note

The Client is not involved in compensation or benefits. As an employee of Offshore Launch, all compensation and benefits are to be provided by the Agency.

Please note that we anticipate a response from candidates within 24 hours of our outreach. If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we will assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing this opportunity.
