We are currently searching for a SAP AR & FSCM Credit Management Consultant:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Manage massive open items, credit exposure, and complex payment and deduction scenarios.
• Diagnose system issues using tables, documents, logs, background jobs, and exposure traceability.
• Execute Brownfield migrations and transition from classic Credit Management to FSCM Credit Management in S/4HANA.
• Manage Customer/Vendor Integration and the synchronization and validation of Business Partners.
• Map credit control areas to credit segments and manage organizational assignments.
• Reconcile credit exposure and execute testing across order, delivery, billing, and posting processes.
• Cleanse and validate open items, limits, blocks, and master data prior to the cutover phase.
• Define entry/exit criteria for mock conversions, UAT, rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare.
• Integrate and design solutions encompassing customer interfaces, limits, payments, invoices, exposure, and account statements.
• Create functional specifications for APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, Proxies, jobs, and reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SD, ABAP, middleware, Security, Data, Treasury, Sales, and architecture teams.
• Deliver solution designs, configuration inventories, ECC/S/4HANA gap analyses, migration strategies, and cutover runbooks.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 10+ years of total experience in SAP Finance, with demonstrable depth and expertise in FI-AR (reconciliation accounts, payment terms, dunning, tolerances, incoming payments, partial payments, residual items, and clearing).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FSCM Credit Management (Business Partner, UKM roles, credit segments, risk classes, scoring, credit rules, credit checks, and exposure).
• Relevant participation in at least one S/4HANA conversion or implementation.
• Functional experience working with IDoc, BAPI, Proxy, or API integrations in AR/FSCM processes.
• Deep understanding of the SD-FSCM-FI integration throughout the order-to-cash (OTC) process.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Hands-on experience with Collections and Dispute Management modules.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance or FSCM certification (does not substitute for hands-on experience).
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, OTC reconciliation, and change governance.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
