Job Description

We are recruiting Arabic Digital Trust & Safety Specialists to join a growing operations team supporting a major international technology platform.
In this role, you will focus on digital content safety, policy compliance, and risk mitigation. You will evaluate user-generated data and online submissions to ensure community guidelines are upheld, contributing to a secure and trustworthy digital environment.

Your Role

• Review user-generated content, back-office data, and reported submissions to verify compliance with platform policies.
  
• Take prompt and objective action on content that violates safety guidelines, terms of service, or regulatory standards.
  
• Stay up to date on evolving internal policies, community guidelines, and enforcement workflows.
  
• Identify and analyze behavioral patterns, emerging trends, and anomalies to mitigate potential platform risks.
  
• Document enforcement rationales clearly and collaborate with quality and policy teams during calibration reviews.
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluent or native Arabic (C1 level or higher).
  
• Solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for operational workflows and policy documentation.
  
• Strong familiarity with regional pop culture, social trends, idioms, and current affairs in Arabic-speaking markets.
  
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound judgment under metrics-driven environments.
  
• Ability to articulate and defend decision-making rationales clearly.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  
• Previous experience in content moderation, fraud analysis, spam detection, trust & safety, or back-office review is considered a strong plus.
  

The Offer

• Work Arrangement:
  
  • Candidates residing in Sofia: Hybrid model (initial on-site training, followed by remote work with ~2 office days per month).
    
  • Candidates outside Sofia: Full remote flexibility within Bulgaria.
