It’s possible with a role at Aquatic Informatics.

Aquatic Informatics, a Veralto company, is a mission-driven software company that organizes the world’s water data to make it accessible and useful. We provide software solutions that address critical water-data management, analytics, and compliance challenges for the rapidly growing water industry. Our solutions range from software for individual users and hosted services to enterprise-wide national systems.

At Aquatic Informatics, independent thinking, initiative, teamwork, quality, and a sense of humor come together in a culture where purpose meets possibility. The work we do helps make a real difference for the world’s valuable water resources, while giving you opportunities to own your ambition and grow your career.

We offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements for an eligible hybrid or remote role.
  • Professional onboarding and development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to work with a collaborative, mission-driven team.
  • Career coaching and development opportunities.

Reporting to the Global Director of Growth Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will shape Aquatic Informatics’ growth strategy and strengthen how we bring our products, solutions, and value proposition to market. This highly strategic and cross-functional role operates at the intersection of Product, Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will turn customer and market insight into differentiated positioning, lead go-to-market initiatives, equip commercial teams, and improve how the organization launches and grows its solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver or remotely based in US or Canada.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, capabilities, solutions, and market initiatives—from planning and stakeholder alignment through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, buyers, industries, competitors, and market dynamics through interviews, win/loss analysis, surveys, product-usage data, and feedback from Sales and Customer Success.
  • Create and refine differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, and persona-based narratives across products, industries, and AI-related capabilities.
  • Equip Sales with sales plays, pitch narratives, battlecards, competitive guidance, objection-handling materials, customer stories, and other tools that improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Campaign and Content teams to translate market strategy into integrated programs that generate awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Bring Product, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Communications, and Marketing stakeholders together around clear priorities, repeatable go-to-market frameworks, measurable objectives, and coordinated execution.
  • Turn customer and market insights into thought leadership, industry narratives, executive recommendations, and market-facing initiatives.
  • Mentor other marketers and help strengthen the organization’s product-marketing capabilities, standards, and best practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data analytics, technology, or related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or another relevant technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing segmentation, positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products or solutions.
  • Proven experience leading measurable product or solution launches and partnering with enterprise Sales teams through complex buying processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer, market, competitive, pipeline, revenue, or product data and present strategic recommendations to senior or executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations, foster collaboration, and build alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
