Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

EXFO is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated & customer driven Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of increasing sales in China. This individual will drive the business development and the customer engagement process. This individual will establish, execute and drive the sales strategies with the responsibility for delivering or exceeding EXFO Wireline sales targets.

此职位要求任职者精力充沛、积极进取、以客户为导向；需要曾在中国区从事销售工作且业绩良好。将负责推动业务发展和客户互动过程，制定、执行和完善销售策略，完成甚至超额完成 EXFO 制定的有线产品销售目标。

Sales Focus:

销售方面：

• Drive business development and sales growth in Eastern Region, covering Network Service Provider （NSP）and private‑network markets including energy, transportation and data centers.
• 负责东区运营商市场、能源、交通、数据中心等专网市场的客户拓展，实现区域销售业绩增长
• Developing opportunities via a series of sales activities including telephone appointment, referral channels, account database, email list. Good at using customer visit or remote sales tools to do customer meeting, seminar, remote demo and field test, in order to build customer ties and intimacy.
• 通过一系列的销售活动包括电话预约、渠道推荐、客户数据库、邮件列表等方式开发销售机会，善于使用现场客户拜访或者远程销售工具进行客户会议，在线技术交流，远程演示，现场测试等手段以建立紧密客户联结。
• Responsible for sales full lifecycle, nurturing, developing, promoting, transforming opportunities, and cutting deals. 
• 负责全生命周期销售机会的开发培养，推动，转化和结单，完成年度任务指标。
• Plan, manage and service distributors in terms of account & business development in the region. Support distributors sales activities. Enable tier 2 reseller in the region working with distributors, promote company’s business overage and sales capability. 对各签约代理商在负责区域内的客户发展和业务情况进行规划、管理和服务，对签约代理商的销售活动进行支持。通过签约代理商对区域内的二级代理商进行赋能，发展公司总体的客户覆盖和销售能力。
• Maintain CRM databases they are kept complete, up to date, and accurate. 维护CRM系统的数据完整性、及时性和准确性。
• Assemble a team to respond to RFPs and provide suggestion to product and commercial strategy according to customer Tech/commercial requirements analysis. 负责组织投标活动，包括招标方案和竞争情况分析，对投标产品和商务策略提出建议。
• Provide support to customer invitation and visit at trade shows and conferences. 对公司参加的展览会、行业等活动提供现场的客户访问支持。
• Prior experience in Internet and data center is preferred
• 有互联网和数据中心相关经验优先
• Perform other duties as the Company may authorize or assign from time to time. 执行上级交办的其他任务。
