About the Role

GDCC – Global Data Collection Company is looking for Dutch-speaking Freelance Call Agents based in Spain to join our international market research team.

In this role, you will conduct structured telephone or online interviews in Dutch for market research projects. You will collect opinions and information from participants using prepared survey scripts.

This is a research-only position. The role does not involve sales, marketing, lead generation, or selling products or services.

All selected candidates receive free training and a full introduction to the company and role before starting live projects. No previous call center or market research experience is required.

Freelance / Self-Employed Contract

This is a freelance / self-employed contractor position.

You will work on a freelance basis and will be responsible for declaring and managing your own taxes and other applicable obligations in accordance with Spanish law.

What You Will Do

• Conduct structured telephone or online market research interviews in Dutch.
  
• Follow survey and interview scripts accurately.
  
• Ask questions in a neutral and professional manner.
  
• Record responses accurately according to project requirements.
  
• Maintain a professional and respectful communication style.
  
• Follow GDCC's quality and data-collection procedures.
  

Additional Information

This is a market research position only. You will conduct opinion-based surveys and structured interviews for research purposes.

The position does not involve:

• Sales.
  
• Telemarketing.
  
• Lead generation.
  
• Selling products or services.
  

The position is offered on a freelance / self-employed contractor basis. Freelancers are responsible for managing their own tax and legal obligations according to applicable Spanish regulations.

Location requirement: This position is open to candidates based in Spain. The role is remote, but candidates must work from Spain due to project requirements and time-zone alignment.

Requirements

• Dutch language skills at C2 level are required for conducting interviews professionally.
  
• Good communication skills and clear pronunciation.
  
• Basic English language skills for internal communication and training.
  
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
  
• Good typing and computer skills.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable basic computer setup.
  
• Call center, customer service, interviewing, or similar experience is an advantage but not required.
  
• Secondary education or equivalent experience.
  
• Must be based in Spain due to project requirements and time-zone considerations.
  
• Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week, subject to project requirements.
  
• Availability required Monday to Friday evenings and on weekends.

Salary & Compensation

• Fixed hourly rate: €9.50 per hour.
  
• Payments are made monthly.
  
• Payments are processed securely by GDCC via available online payment methods, including PayPal or bank transfer.
  
• €50 bonus after successful completion of the probation period.
  
• €250 bonus after completing 250 working hours.
  
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available depending on project outcomes.
  

The compensation structure for this freelance position is a fixed hourly rate of €9.50 per hour, with the additional bonuses described above.

Free Training & Introduction

Before beginning live project work, all selected candidates receive free training and a clear introduction to GDCC, the role, project procedures, and the tools used for interviewing.

There is no charge for training or onboarding.

No Candidate Fees

Candidates are never charged any application, recruitment, placement, training, onboarding, or other fees.
