  • Oversee resolution of employee related concerns in a manner that mitigates legal exposure and maintains a positive work environment that is fair, safe, engaging, delivers strong business results.

  • Act as a credible, trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders in the US and Canada by leveraging his/her experience, expertise, organizational awareness, business acumen, pragmatic mindset, and ability to effectively partner with and influence others.

  • Create and/or update policies and procedures for the US and Canada, ensuring compliance by working with appropriate COE teams within the People team, gaining valuable input and alignment across the broader organization.

  • Maintain strong, trusting relationships; both internally and externally to achieve goals; working effectively across multi-function business partners and engaging with cross-functional teams.
