Job description

At Magnific, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own the launch and growth of Marketing Cloud Next for our fast-growing Enterprise business.

This is a hands-on role with a clear mission: build the systems that B2B growth runs on, with clean leads, clear attribution and campaigns that run on time.

You’ll take over the platform, ship our first B2B use cases, and become the person Marketing, BDRs and Sales count on every day. You’ll sit in Revenue Operations & Enablement and work closely with B2B Marketing, BDR leadership and Legal.

You’ll report to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement, with a dotted line to the Head of B2B Marketing.

Success in this role isn’t measured by the number of campaigns sent. It’s measured by leads Sales trusts, attribution Marketing and Sales both believe in, and a platform that scales inside our contract and compliance standards.

📍 Location: Remote (Spain)
🤝 Team: Revenue Operations & Enablement
🌍 Working language: English

What you’ll do

  • Take over Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 administration: permissions, sending setup, consent and subscriptions, segments, web tracking, email templates, flows and reporting, and own the roadmap for later phases.

  • Define the MQL with B2B Marketing and BDR leadership, and ship engagement and fit scoring built on our ICP segments and account tiers.

  • Manage lead handoff to BDRs in our Hunter/Farmer model across EMEA, NAM, LATAM and APAC, and build the Salesforce workflows they rely on.

  • Launch our first nurture flows, forms and landing pages, and the reporting that ties marketing to pipeline.

  • Own attribution: the UTM and campaign taxonomy, and campaign influence reporting that Sales and Marketing both trust.

  • Put event lead operations on a clock: every event list cleaned, deduplicated, attributed and in Salesforce within 3 business days.

  • Ensure governance with Legal and RevOps: consent and GDPR compliance, data quality, Data 360 credit usage, and releases into a shared Salesforce org.

  • Create and manage campaigns both in Marketing Cloud and in related systems.

What we’re looking for

  • An active Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, such as Marketing Cloud Next Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist (formerly Email Specialist) or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.

  • 5+ years implementing or administering Salesforce, including at least one marketing automation implementation delivered end to end.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, permission sets and data modeling, as Marketing Cloud Next runs on the core platform.

  • Experience with B2B email consent and subscription management under GDPR.

  • Deep experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate outputs.

  • Fluent Spanish and professional English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience at a Salesforce partner, delivering Marketing Cloud projects.

  • Marketing Cloud Next Consultant or Data 360 Consultant certification.

  • Hands-on Data 360 experience: identity resolution, segmentation, data streams.

  • Experience building lead scoring and MQL frameworks with SDR or BDR teams.

  • Gearset, Jira, Hex, and AI tools such as Claude in your daily workflow.

How we’ll measure success

  • Our first B2B use cases live on Marketing Cloud Next, delivered to plan.

  • Event leads in Salesforce, deduplicated and attributed, within 3 business days of every event.

  • New Enterprise opportunities carrying a campaign source and complete UTM values.

  • A signed MQL definition, and MQLs that BDRs accept and work within the agreed time.

  • Marketing email reaching only opted-in contacts, and platform usage staying inside our contract.

💥 What we offer

  • Remote or hybrid work model and real flexibility.

  • Private health insurance 🩺

  • 23 days of vacation + December 24th and 31st off

  • Day off on your birthday 🎂

  • Flexible hours and work environment

  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.

  • In-house English and Spanish lessons.

  • Fully stocked office canteen with soft drinks, natural juices, snacks, fruit, and more.

  • Free lunch at the office. 🥗🥑

  • Subsidy for mental health and psychological support. 🧠

  • We're a Great Place to Work! 93% of employees think this is a great place to work.
