Job description

Role: Senior Business Consultant

Employment: Contract - Inside IR35

Location: UK - Remote

Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS: ITSM, SPM

Skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Process and Consulting experience, Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements. Proven experience analyzing and recommending strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities, and associated industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow System Admin, NowCreate Certified, ServiceNow Product Implementation Certified
  • Working on a customised instance of SPM, providing technical guidance to Customer and their chosen Dev Partner (offshore) on how to achieve business outcomes and highlighting where the requirements deviate from the OOTB configuration and best practices and flagging any associated risks and issues.
  • Reporting requirements - able to build customised reports , again calling out any associated risks with the requirements and configuration.
