Job description

Build the readiness that turns major change into lasting value.

As our Delivery and Deployment Excellence Leader, Americas, you will lead regional business readiness, solution quality, deployment excellence and adoption for Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades and enhancements. You will connect global program direction with practical execution across the Americas, helping business teams prepare for testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization and the move into business-as-usual operations.

This is a senior, highly influential role working across business and technology teams. You will shape regional priorities, guide trade-offs and create a consistent approach that supports process standardization, productivity and stronger business outcomes.

This role is based in the USA.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Order Management, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Global Trade Services and commercial teams across the Americas to assess requirements, define process scenarios and acceptance criteria, and align regional priorities with the approved ERP roadmap.
  • Lead regional business process assessments, identify opportunities to simplify and standardize work, and sponsor improvements that reduce inefficiency and increase the value of technology investment.
  • Resolve trade-offs between regional requirements and global process or solution strategies, escalating enterprise-level decisions with clear recommendations when required.
  • Set the Americas testing and business-readiness approach within the global program framework, translating approved requirements into risk-based test scenarios and securing suitable business participation.
  • Oversee system integration, user acceptance, regression and other testing cycles, including milestones, defect triage, resolution, retesting and business sign-off for material issues.
  • Establish regional readiness criteria aligned with global governance, maintaining a clear view of actions, dependencies, risks, issues and overall deployment health.
  • Develop and lead deployment, cutover, go-live and stabilization plans with accountable business and technology owners, supporting a controlled transition into everyday operations.
  • Coordinate regional change and adoption activity, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness in partnership with functional and change leads.
  • Connect global program leaders, regional business leaders, technology teams and commercial entities, influencing decisions that protect delivery, adoption and business outcomes.
  • Partner with regional counterparts to build common standards, share lessons and develop reusable deployment playbooks and practices.
  • Monitor post-go-live performance, sponsor timely issue resolution and capture lessons that strengthen future deployments.
  • Be a thought leader in identifying and ideating AI based solutoins with ERP as a backbone to improve the regional business process performance and employee productivity.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Substantial experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution, including complex regional or cross-regional delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and the connections between commercial, customer service, finance, distribution and supply chain operations.
  • Experience leading readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process change.
  • The ability to use data, milestones and readiness measures to assess delivery health and support timely decisions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
  • A relevant program, project, testing or change management certification.
  • Experience in regulated healthcare, medical devices or a similarly complex environment.

What Sets You Apart

  • Constructive challenge: You raise difficult issues early, test assumptions and help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Practical judgement: You turn broad program direction into clear priorities and workable regional plans.
  • Calm accountability: You maintain focus through competing demands, uncertainty and high-impact delivery moments.
  • Influence without authority: You create alignment across teams and move shared work forward through trust and clarity.
  • Enterprise perspective: You balance regional needs with common standards and long-term business value.
