Kantoko is hiring an AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner to work alongside our team of ADHD doctors. You’ll support adults through every stage of their care: intake, treatment initiation, medication titration and stable, long-term management.

We treat the whole person, not just the prescription. Sleep, mood, physical health, work and relationships all shape each person’s plan.

About Kantoko

Kantoko exists to make adult ADHD care work for real life.

Assessment, clinical care and ongoing support sit together in one digital platform. Our Psychiatry, GP, Nursing and Customer Care teams work as one, backed by technology built around how care is actually delivered.

What you’ll do

  • Working alongside our ADHD doctors to support patients during medication titration, including dose adjustments and side effect monitoring

  • Prescribe within your scope, including Schedule 8 medications where permitted in your state

  • Provide ongoing care and review appointments for stable patients

  • Order and review ECGs, bloods and other investigations as needed

  • Complete clinical and risk assessments, escalating to our ADHD doctors when required

  • Work with our ADHD doctors on complex presentations and escalating accordingly

  • Work closely with our nursing team

  • Document clearly and keep the care team informed

  • Help shape our clinical processes, care model and software

  • Ability to meet Schedule 8 prescribing requirements in your state or territory

  • Experience in mental health nursing, ideally with an exposure to adult ADHD

  • Strong assessment, risk assessment and prescribing skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Availability for two to three weekdays each week

This role suits you if you

  • Are passionate about improving the way care is delivered

  • Believe in evidence-based, proactive mental health care

  • Stay calm when things aren’t straightforward

  • Work well with a collaborative team of doctors, nurses and non-clinical team members

  • Pick up new technology easily

  • Want your clinical input to shape how care is delivered

Your full scope, used well: Support treatment from initiation to long-term care
