Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Contractor)

Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission – delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us in a flexible contractor capacity.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to practise at an advanced nursing level within a mature, governance-led telehealth platform.

You’ll deliver evidence-based care through structured programs designed to improve access, reduce barriers and meet patients where they are. Supported by established protocols and a collaborative virtual care team, you’ll focus on clinical quality without the administrative burden of traditional settings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct video and phone consultations with new and existing patients
• Provide clinical assessment, education and treatment recommendations within scope
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Review patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
• Triage complex cases to medical practitioners or pharmacists where required
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals and internal teams
• Contribute feedback to improve systems, protocols and overall patient experience

What You’ll Bring

• Master of Nursing qualification
• Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA (unrestricted)
• Current PBS prescriber number (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Recent experience practising as a Nurse Practitioner in primary healthcare
• Confidence working autonomously within a telehealth or digital health environment
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-centred communication style
• Alignment with evidence-based, ethical care delivery
