Ready to accept your next mission?
Build and execute focused outbound campaigns that create Accept Mission’s next generation of customers.
Your mission is clear: identify the right organisations, reach the right people, start meaningful conversations and turn cold accounts into qualified sales opportunities.
This is a hands-on outbound role. You’ll research, prioritise, prepare, call, email and follow up, using technology and AI to work smarter while keeping human conversation at the centre of the sales process.
Accept Mission is an AI-powered innovation management platform.
We help organisations decide which innovation opportunities deserve investment and turn selected initiatives into measurable business results.
Our AI-powered platform connects ideas, evaluation, prioritisation and delivery, giving teams a clear view of their innovation portfolio.
We primarily work with medium-sized and larger organisations where innovation involves multiple teams, stakeholders and business units. Our customers and prospects include innovation leaders across industries such as energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, aviation, utilities and other complex enterprise environments.
Empowering Innovators Everywhere.
Accept Mission is entering the next phase of its commercial growth.
We already have customers, proven use cases, a mature product and a clearly defined target market. Now we want to become significantly better at proactively reaching organisations that should know about Accept Mission.
Our outbound approach combines AI, account research, intent signals, LinkedIn, personalised email, customer proof and, most importantly, the phone.
You won’t simply inherit a fixed SDR script. You’ll work with focused outbound campaigns, learn what works and help us continuously improve which markets we target, which decision-makers engage, which customer stories open doors and which messages create conversations.
You’ll have clear expectations and targets, while also having the opportunity to contribute to how our outbound approach develops.
Create qualified sales opportunities with organisations that fit Accept Mission.
Your core ownership runs from identifying an account through to qualification.
Once an opportunity becomes qualified, it can move into deeper discovery and product demonstrations.
But we do not want to put a ceiling on the role. As your product knowledge and commercial capabilities develop, there is room to start running first product introductions and demonstrations yourself. For the right person, this role can develop into broader ownership across the sales process.
Outbound at Accept Mission starts with a clear campaign.
We don’t want one enormous generic prospect list. You’ll work with focused campaigns around markets where Accept Mission has a strong reason to win.
A campaign might focus on a particular industry, region, use case or group of organisations.
For each campaign, you’ll help:
For example, we may focus on European airports where we already have relevant experience and customer proof. Your job is then to identify the right airports, find the relevant innovation leaders, understand their environment and systematically open doors.
The same model can be applied to industries such as energy, water, manufacturing, infrastructure and other strategic segments.
Research organisations that fit our ideal customer profile and understand why Accept Mission could be relevant to them.
Look beyond basic company information. Understand their size, structure, industry, innovation maturity, existing initiatives and potential need for structured innovation management.
We care more about reaching the right organisations than filling a database with thousands of irrelevant companies.
Identify Innovation Managers, Heads of Innovation, Innovation Directors, and other relevant decision makers and champions. Understand who is likely to own the problem before you approach them.
Cold calling is a fundamental part of this role, and you should genuinely enjoy it.
You are comfortable making many calls during focused call blocks and get energy from turning cold accounts into real conversations. You enjoy the challenge of getting someone on the phone, breaking through the first objection, creating curiosity and asking a smart question.
Volume matters, but relevance matters more. Use AI, LinkedIn, company information, existing customer cases and available intent signals to understand why Accept Mission could be relevant before you reach out.
We want intelligent volume, not random volume.
Once you have someone’s attention, become curious. Understand how they manage innovation today, how ideas are evaluated, how initiatives are tracked, who owns the process, what tools they use, where the process becomes difficult, and whether there is a real reason to explore another approach.
Your objective is not to force a demo. Your objective is to identify whether there is a credible commercial opportunity.
A successful outcome is not simply a calendar booking.
It means the organisation fits our target market, you have reached a relevant stakeholder, there is a recognisable problem or opportunity and there is a legitimate reason for the conversation to continue.
Depending on the situation, the next step may be a deeper discovery conversation, product introduction or demonstration.
Enterprise sales rarely starts with one call.
You’ll follow up consistently across phone, email and LinkedIn, using relevant customer stories, new triggers and intelligent persistence.
You’ll stay organised across accounts and make sure strong opportunities don’t disappear because someone didn’t respond after the first attempt.
We expect you to become noticeably better. Every week.
You analyse what works, ask for feedback, listen to calls, test different openings, improve your questions, learn the product, learn the market, and become better at recognising buying signals and objections.
The ideal person for this role has a very specific mindset.
We care more about commercial ability and mindset than having the perfect CV.
Experience in one or more of the following is valuable:
You have at least 2 years of hands-on outbound B2B sales experience, including regular cold calling and independently prospecting into new accounts. SaaS or technology sales experience is valuable. You can explain a campaign you personally worked on: who you targeted, how you approached them and what happened.
You do not need previous experience in innovation management. We can teach you that.
As your product knowledge develops, you can begin taking more ownership of the early sales process.
For someone who proves they can create and progress opportunities, there is potential to develop toward a broader sales role with greater responsibility across the commercial process.
We do not expect everyone to follow exactly the same path. But we do want ambition.
We believe in outcomes over activity.
Calls matter. Emails matter. Activity matters. But only because activity should lead somewhere.
Your objective is not to become the person who can say, “I made 1,000 calls.”
Your objective is to say, “I created the opportunities that became our next customers.”
We want technology to remove unnecessary manual work. You will use tools for account identification, contact research, prioritisation, intent signals, call preparation, personalisation, follow up, CRM administration, and call analysis.
We expect AI to make you more effective. But we do not expect AI to replace what matters most in this role: human conversation.
Highly fluent spoken and written English is essential. You must be able to lead natural, unscripted sales conversations, ask follow-up questions and handle objections confidently. Most of your outbound activity will be international.
Variable compensation is based on commercial outcomes, not simply the number of calls you make.
We review your application first. Selected candidates complete a short video call exercise before the first interview. The following steps include a practical account discussion and a live roleplay with feedback.
A short conversation about your experience, motivation, communication style, and ambitions.
We give you a potential Accept Mission target account. You decide who you would approach, why them, what you would research, how you would approach them, and how you would try to start the conversation.
We care about how you think.
You make the call. We play the prospect.
You might hear: “Just send me an email.” “We already have something for that.” “We use Microsoft.” “This is not a priority.”
Then we see what you do. Afterwards, we give you feedback and may ask you to try again. We care about coachability as much as the first attempt.
If there is a mutual fit, we discuss expectations, culture, compensation, and what success can look like together.
If you love picking up the phone, chasing ambitious targets, learning fast, and turning cold accounts into real business opportunities, this could be your next mission.
Accept your mission and apply.
After you apply, unlock the direct contact details of the people who actually make the call. A quick follow-up makes you 5x more likely to land an interview.
