Delivery Manager

The position is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex delivery work Responsibilities Direct initiatives from initial definition through closure while keeping execution connected to wider business priorities Maintain effective communication between company teams and third-party collaborators throughout project delivery Create project roadmaps that define key dates, success checkpoints, and appropriate use of available capacity Monitor parallel initiatives, recognize potential delivery constraints, and act before they affect project commitments Run routine delivery reviews and ensure stakeholders receive timely, meaningful progress information Develop long-term client partnerships through active engagement and attention to changing expectations Coordinate teams with varied expertise and foster a working environment built on ownership and cooperation Agree revisions to requirements, funding, and delivery dates with stakeholders as project conditions evolve Improve project execution by evaluating existing processes and introducing more efficient working approaches Support colleagues in resolving delivery challenges and eliminate barriers that reduce team effectiveness Ensure quality standards are embedded across all stages of the project lifecycle Provide input on staffing needs and team composition based on upcoming project demands Requirements A minimum of five years of practical experience in a technology engineering context At least two years spent in a senior, lead, managerial, or business-owner position A proven record of leading engagements involving teams of no fewer than five full-time professionals Applied knowledge of Agentic AI together with a strong grasp of solution architecture principles Working proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with essential AI tools and concepts Extensive experience using both delivery management and project management frameworks in varied settings Practical experience overseeing digital projects from planning through implementation Understanding of delivery management requirements for cloud platforms and infrastructure Familiarity with coordinating digital marketing initiatives and campaign-related project work Professional English fluency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Holding a certification relevant to product management would be considered a valuable addition
