As a PPT Maker India, you will craft visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations that drive executive decision-making and stakeholder engagement across diverse business functions. You will translate complex data and insights into intuitive slide decks, ensuring each narrative arc supports clear business objectives and resonates with senior leadership. Leveraging strong storyboarding skills, you will design presentation structures that guide viewers through a purposeful journey, from problem definition to recommendation and next steps. Your ability to distill intricate concepts into concise, persuasive messaging will enable top executives to communicate effectively in board rooms, investor meetings, and external forums. Working remotely across India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, high-impact decks that elevate the organization’s communication standards.

Requirements

• Design and develop slide decks that clearly articulate business problems, solutions, and strategic recommendations.

• Develop storyboards and visual templates that ensure consistency and brand alignment across all presentations.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather data, insights, and key messaging for inclusion in presentations.

• Incorporate structured problem‑solving frameworks to guide slide content and narrative flow.

• Draft concise executive summaries, key take‑away slides, and call‑to‑action sections for senior leadership use.

• Ensure all decks meet accessibility standards and are optimized for both virtual and in‑person delivery.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from executives and stakeholders, maintaining version control and documentation.

• Maintain an organized library of reusable templates, icons, and graphics to streamline future projects.

• Monitor emerging presentation tools and techniques to recommend enhancements that increase engagement.

• Serve as a mentor for junior teammates by sharing storytelling best practices and presentation assistance.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience creating executive‑level PowerPoint decks in a corporate environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in storyboarding, with a portfolio that showcases narrative structure and visual design.

• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive messaging.

• Proven experience applying structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., MECE, PESTEL, SWOT) to presentation content.

• Excellent command of PowerPoint, including advanced animations, data visualisations, and template creation.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to typography, colour theory, and layout.

• Strong collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
