Job Description

Resourcing Advisor (Homebased)

£Competitive plus benefits

A member of our in house resourcing team supporting the Supply Chain and Operations business area, in this role you’ll deliver excellence in the recruitment process across our depot network, with a particular focus on high volume - HGV Driver and Warehouse Operative, vacancies.

You will be responsible for ensuring roles are advertised correctly and in accordance with specified guidelines and monitor application levels to ensure that the volume of applications is sufficient to fill requirements. You will review application details and progress successful applicants efficiently through the candidate pipeline ensuring that all candidates receive the appropriate communication and are updated in a timely manner. You’ll conduct briefing calls with managers and carry out telephone screening conversations with candidates where applicable, and work closely with your hiring teams at site to co-ordinate and book interview slots, obtain feedback and update the ATS to ensure the onboarding process can begin. Delivering first class customer service to stakeholders and ensuring all candidates receive a positive experience is at the heart of this role.

You will be part of a busy, fast-paced, remote based team. While this is a home-based role working Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week, there is a requirement for you to occasionally support recruitment at our various sites (which may include an overnight stay) so a full driving licence and your own transport is required, with any travel being re-claimed via expenses. You will also be expected to attend ad hoc meetings as required which are usually held at one of our depot locations.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration and organisational skills. You will be process driven and be self-motivated to manage your workload effectively – prioritising effectively to support multiple roles and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You will have an eye for detail and have experience using ATS or HR systems to ensure candidate and vacancy records are up to date and accurate at all times. Committed to delivering an excellent service to candidates and hiring managers alike you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will thrive working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment.
