Job description

Location: 100% Fully Remote | Must Be Able to Work Pacific Time (PST) Hours

Description:
We are seeking an experienced QNXT Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale QNXT implementation for a national health plan.

This individual will bring deep, hands-on QNXT implementation and configuration experience, with the ability to develop standardized playbooks, tools, templates, and operational processes needed to implement, maintain, and optimize the platform.

The ideal candidate has participated in multiple QNXT implementations and understands not only how the platform is configured, but also how to establish repeatable practices that enable health plans to manage QNXT effectively throughout implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations.

This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring a combination of QNXT platform expertise, implementation leadership, process design, and knowledge transfer.

What You Will Do:

QNXT Implementation & Configuration
  • Serve as a QNXT SME, supporting implementation planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Provide guidance on QNXT architecture, core modules, configuration dependencies, and platform capabilities.
  • Support configuration strategies across Claims, Benefits, Provider, Contracts, Membership, Enrollment, Billing, and related functions.
  • Translate health plan business requirements into QNXT configuration and operational requirements.
  • Identify configuration risks, integration dependencies, and opportunities to leverage standard QNXT functionality.
  • Collaborate with business operations, IT, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve complex platform issues.
Implementation Playbooks & Accelerators
  • Develop standardized QNXT implementation playbooks covering discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Create reusable configuration templates, requirements matrices, process maps, checklists, and validation tools.
  • Establish configuration standards, documentation requirements, and quality-control procedures.
  • Develop repeatable approaches for product implementations, benefit changes, configuration updates, and platform enhancements.
  • Define testing methodologies, regression testing standards, and configuration validation processes.
  • Create implementation readiness, cutover, and go-live checklists.
  • Document lessons learned, common implementation risks, and recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Build a centralized knowledge repository to support ongoing QNXT administration and future initiatives.
QNXT Operational Support & Maintenance
  • Establish standard operating procedures for ongoing QNXT configuration, maintenance, and production support.
  • Define processes for configuration change requests, impact analysis, approvals, testing, and deployment.
  • Support the development of release management, defect management, and production issue-resolution procedures.
  • Recommend governance practices for configuration management, version control, and operational accountability.
  • Develop operational handoff procedures and documentation to support the transition from implementation to steady-state operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, operational efficiency, and configuration quality.

You Will Be Successful If:

  • You can apply hands-on QNXT implementation and configuration expertise to support a large-scale implementation.
  • You can establish repeatable practices, standardized processes, and documentation to support implementation and ongoing operations.
  • You can collaborate effectively with business operations, IT, implementation partners, and technical teams.
  • You can support implementation planning, go-live, stabilization, and the transition to steady-state operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Deep, hands-on QNXT implementation and configuration experience.
  • Experience participating in multiple QNXT implementations.
  • Knowledge of QNXT architecture, core modules, configuration dependencies, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with QNXT configuration across Claims, Benefits, Provider, Contracts, Membership, Enrollment, Billing, and related functions.
  • Experience developing implementation playbooks, tools, templates, and operational processes.
  • Expertise in implementation leadership, process design, and knowledge transfer.
