Job description

About OpenLoop

OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Channel Partnerships Manager to independently own and grow a portfolio of strategic mid-market and enterprise channel partners. As the primary relationship owner for your partners, you will manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and contract execution through onboarding, enablement, and long-term growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Channels, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will build partner business plans, drive partner-led revenue, and help establish OpenLoop's care delivery infrastructure as the primary recommendation across our partner network.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic mid-market and enterprise partners, accountable for partner health, engagement, and revenue performance.

  • Partner Recruitment: Independently prospect, negotiate, and close new channel partnerships, owning each relationship from first conversation through contract execution.

  • Partner Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with each partner, including revenue targets, go-to-market priorities, and success metrics. Review progress regularly with partner leadership and adjust plans based on results.

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Lead partner onboarding and deliver enablement so partner sales teams can effectively position OpenLoop's virtual care infrastructure. Tailor enablement to each partner's sales motion.

  • Co-Selling & Rep Activation: Work alongside partner account executives during early sales cycles, co-pitching and guiding opportunities until partner teams sell independently.

  • Partner Growth: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing partners, such as new segments, service lines, or regions.

  • Account & Pipeline Management: Own joint pipeline forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and partner revenue reporting for your portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with OpenLoop's Product, Legal, and Operations teams to drive partner onboarding and deal execution, and represent partner needs and feedback internally.

Who You Are

  •  5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in partner/channel management and 2 years in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Demonstrated success independently managing mid-market and enterprise partner relationships end to end, from recruitment through onboarding and growth.

  • Experience building and executing partner business plans tied to revenue targets.

  • Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate external sales reps to drive partner-led revenue.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior partner leadership across matrixed organizations.

  • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability for outcomes.

  • SaaS, HealthTech, or digital health experience preferred.

Our Benefits

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans

  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401(k) + Company Match

  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more
