Supporting 8 manufacturing sites (4,500 employees globally), you will focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, industrial relations, and talent strategy.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the Operations leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives—ranging from talent management and workforce planning to organizational design—are directly linked to business success and lean manufacturing excellence. You will provide functional leadership to the local HR People Partners (HRPPs) across the sites, ensuring a unified HR service delivery model.

Job Description

1. Talent & Workforce Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive talent strategies that align with the long-term growth and operational needs of the PSR business.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to build robust workforce plans, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet production demands.
  • Utilize data-driven talent insights to guide "build, buy, borrow, and automate" strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent CoEs to strengthen the leadership pipeline and ensure succession readiness.

2. Organizational Effectiveness & Functional Leadership
