Möchtest du die Zukunft der Rechtsbranche mitgestalten? Für die Dauer von 6 Monaten suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Unterstützung in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche).
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Team bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Verbraucher- und Unternehmensdaten und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität unserer Legal-Tech-Lösungen. Ob du aktuell studierst oder bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung mitbringst: Wir freuen uns auf motivierte Persönlichkeiten mit einer sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherche und Prüfung von Sachverhalten aus öffentlichen Publikationen
  • Strukturierung dieser Sachverhalte aus Insolvenzmeldungen in unserer Weblösung
  • Manuelle Erfassung und Korrektur der benötigten Daten
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Verbraucher- und Firmendaten für unsere Kundenlösungen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Datenqualität

Dein Profil

  • Ob Studium, Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung – entscheidend sind für uns deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Motivation
  • Interesse an kaufmännisch-rechtlichen Texten, um deren Inhalte strukturiert zu erfassen
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Datenaffinität, hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und bist bei deiner Arbeit sehr genau, sodass wir uns von Anfang an auf dich verlassen können!

Danach erfolgt eine finale Entscheidung.
