Reporting to the Systems Development Team Lead, the Systems Engineer II is a remote-based position responsible for various tasks, including writing code, administering cloud-based resources, database support, and more!

In this role, a typical day will consist of:

  • Owning customer provisioning from start to finish and leading the automation project that will make provisioning self-service for our Customer Success team

  • Building, optimizing, and supporting BI reporting solutions

  • Hands-on software development experience (Microsoft Visual Studio preferred), plus a desire for a role where coding is one part of a varied mix rather than the whole job
  • Confidence working with databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), including restoring data from backups, making data changes, and handling bulk data uploads
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • A collaborative, service-minded, and adaptable approach. You're comfortable partnering with non-technical teams, moving between different types of work, and you're committed to continued learning.
  • Bonus points for experience with process automation, Azure cloud services and infrastructure administration, or supporting SOC 2 or similar audits
