Required qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Java engineering experience
• Experience leading design and implementation of enterprise-scale software
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs or services
• Ability to make and communicate architectural and technical decisions
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers or delivery teams
• Experience with code reviews, testing, and production-quality engineering practices
• Ability to collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AWS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, or other cloud services
• Experience with Kafka, messaging, or event-driven systems
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience modernizing large-scale enterprise applications
