Role Summary

Seeking a Software Engineer to design develop and maintain reliable productiongrade applications in a complex alwayson environment The role requires strong technical judgment operational ownership and effective collaboration across distributed teams

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and deploy scalable software services and features

Work across legacy applications and modern microservices

Prepare technical designs and evaluate implementation tradeoffs

Build automated tests and participate in code reviews

Identify technical risks performance bottlenecks and system improvements

Support production incidents rootcause analysis monitoring logging and alerting

Maintain clear technical and architectural documentation

Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams across time zones

Ensure solutions follow security privacy compliance and engineering standards

Required Skills

35 years of software engineering experience in production environments

Strong proficiency in at least two of the following

o Ruby

o JavaScriptTypeScript with Nodejs

o Java with Spring Framework

o Python

Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL

Working knowledge of Redis RabbitMQ or similar technologies

Experience with CICD pipelines including GitHub Actions

Handson experience with AWS and cloudbased architectures

Familiarity with Linux and onpremises environments

Strong problemsolving documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote distributed environment

Flexibility to support occasional afterhours production issues
