  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT services
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications

Salary Range:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications of the candidate as it relates to the position description
