Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery

The Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery, serves as the primary point of contact between Knowtion Health and its offshore subcontractor partners. This role is responsible for ensuring timely access to required systems, service delivery excellence. This includes, accurate tracking and maintenance of productivity, quality, and performance across all offshore delivery relationships.

The Opportunity:

• Serve as the primary liaison and escalation point for offshore subcontractor partners, building strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues, blockers, and requests.
• Provide leadership and direction to offshore teams, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and accountability to drive consistent delivery outcomes.
• Own partner performance management, establishing KPIs/SLAs, analyzing productivity and quality data, building dashboards/reports, identifying risks and gaps, and driving corrective action plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements across Service Delivery, IT, Security, Training/Quality, and offshore partners to improve processes, onboarding, ramp-up, and overall delivery.
• Manage partner governance and operational cadence, including business reviews, action-item tracking, project deliverables, escalation paths, SOPs, and stakeholder alignment.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• At least 3–4 years of experience working with a global customer or partner required.
• At least 6-8 years of experience working within a Revenue Cyle Management environment.
• Background in Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and communicating with onshore and offshore executive teams.
