-Knowledge in all Trust retiree benefits – MAPPO, TCN, ECP, BCN, BCNA, MOTN MAPPO
-Ability to answer billing questions and get claims/escalations to the right person

-Ability to serve as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador for client at events and meetings.
-Presentation & Public Speaking – Confidence in presenting information and representing client in front of members

Member Support & Customer Service:
Ability to assist retirees professionally, answer questions, and provide guidance during meetings.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Optional but preferred skills/experience.

-Event Logistics & Coordination:
Experience transporting meeting materials, coordinating event needs, and ensuring all required resources are available on-site.
Display & Booth Setup – Ability to organize and set up informational tables, displays, and promotional materials in an attractive and effective manner.

Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prepare materials in advance, and ensure meeting readiness and timely execution.
