Job description

🚀 We are looking for Fullstack Leaders (Backend-Focused) to join our interdisciplinary team, guiding developers throughout the entire lifecycle of different projects, working primarily with NestJS on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. ✨ Core requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with backend and frontend technologies, preferably NestJS and Next.js, with a strong Backend-First profile.
  • Proven experience in distributed systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (direct infrastructure management, not abstracted by internal platforms).
  • Experience integrating external APIs.
  • Knowledge in creating RESTful APIs with Express and/or Nest.
  • Knowledge in PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience using SonarQube.
  • Knowledge in creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest.

👥 Leadership & Management 
  • Experience leading development teams in agile environments, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to define technical direction, set quality standards, and decompose complex tasks.
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving technical and organizational blockers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

✏ Nice-to-haves
  • Familiarity with design patterns for web application scalability and maintainability.
  • Understanding of server management and AWS or Azure.
  • English level B2
