Engagement: Contract, W2 only

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP, with flexibility for the right candidate

Duration: Initial contract through early 2027, with extension or conversion possible

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for a hands-on Boomi developer to build and support integrations that connect cloud platforms, ERP systems, and legacy applications. You will take integrations from requirements all the way through production, working side by side with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that are dependable and built to last.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design, develop, test, and deploy Boomi integration processes that meet business and technical requirements

Create maps, profiles (XML, JSON, flat file, and database), and reusable components such as subprocesses, connections, and cross reference tables

Build in thoughtful error handling, logging, retry logic, and alerting

Configure and maintain connectors for enterprise ERP platforms and legacy midrange systems

Develop messaging integrations using Azure Service Bus topics and subscriptions

Move files and data using Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Blob Storage

Work across REST and SOAP APIs, databases, SFTP, and file-based integrations

Package and promote components across environments, managing extensions and environment-specific configuration

Support Boomi runtime infrastructure, including clustered and cloud-hosted runtimes

Monitor executions, troubleshoot failures, tune performance, and provide production support

Partner with analysts, application owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and testing cycles

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of hands-on integration development on the Boomi platform

A current Boomi Integration Developer certification (Associate or Professional)

Experience configuring and deploying Boomi runtimes (Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds), including environment extensions

Experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure Blob Storage

Experience integrating with ERP platforms such as SAP and legacy systems such as IBM i (AS400)

Solid working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat file formats

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases

A track record of troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Clear communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical audiences

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other cloud applications

Experience integrating with AWS S3

Experience with Boomi API Management or Boomi DataHub

Groovy or JavaScript scripting within Boomi processes
