Job description

About us

Mindler is one of Europe's leading digital mental health providers, working to make evidence-based therapy accessible to everyone who needs it. In August 2025, we proudly acquired ieso, a pioneer in delivering online NHS talking therapies across the UK.

ieso holds several NHS contracts across England and Scotland through both typed and video sessions, making it easier for thousands of people to access effective, evidence-based treatment when they need it most.

This role sits within the Clinical Performance & Governance team of ieso – a subsidiary of Mindler – meaning you'll be part of a group with a strong track record in innovation, research, and delivering high-quality digital therapy to patients nationwide.

The role

The Senior PWP (Clinical Performance & Governance) plays a vital role in supporting the maintenance and elevation of clinical governance standards across all of our contracts. Working alongside the Clinical Performance Manager, Clinical Performance Coordinator, Customer Success Managers, and the wider clinical team, this role combines analytical oversight with hands-on clinical leadership.

Key objectives include leading clinical audits, conducting data deep dives into outcome metrics, managing discharge and risk processes, and supporting training initiatives to drive service quality. You will also deliver structured case management and clinical skills supervision to internal Senior PWPs, provide supervisory cover, assist with referral triage screening and duty risk coverage, and maintain a small dedicated clinical caseload.

This role is full-time, Monday-Friday. The annual salary is £42,000 per annum.

What do I need to have?

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

  • A qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner holding an NHS Talking Therapies-approved qualification (PG Cert / Diploma in Low Intensity Interventions or equivalent) and active BABCP or BPS registration.

  • Substantial post-qualification experience delivering Step 2 interventions within an adult primary care mental health setting.

  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical skills supervision, case management, and duty risk cover.

  • In-depth knowledge of NICE guidelines for common mental health conditions and low-intensity CBT frameworks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex governance requirements constructively.

  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate (including both Adults and Children barrings) and two satisfactory professional references.

  • Access to a secure laptop/PC with standard security features and a personal email address.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience conducting clinical audits, reviewing data quality, and tracking performance indicators (e.g., Reliable Recovery & Reliable Improvement).

  • Experience leading Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives or designing and facilitating training modules.

  • Proficiency with clinical systems (e.g., IAPTus) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker).

What can we offer?

As a Senior PWP in our Clinical Performance & Governance team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Remote & Flexible Working: Enjoy full-time, home-based working (Monday – Friday) with structured support.

  • Impactful Clinical Leadership: Combine analytical insight with high-level supervisory and clinical governance practice.

  • Professional Development: Access free world-class CPD sessions, regular high-quality supervision, and opportunities to advance your career.

  • Innovative Digital Care: Be part of cutting-edge research and digital innovation, shaping the future of digital mental healthcare and clinical governance.

  • Support & Community: Feel valued and supported within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with access to our Smart Support System and a network of like-minded professionals.

If you are passionate about clinical excellence, data-driven governance, and delivering high-quality digital care, we'd love to hear from you!

To start your application today, please respond with your CV and proof of the above requirements.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions - we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
