Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Fluent
Commerce Order Management System (OMS) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale
OMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.
- Configure and customize Fluent Commerce workflows.
- Develop scalable API-driven and event-based integrations.
- Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms.
- Develop REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of software development experience.
- 2–3+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience.
- Strong understanding of OMS and DOM.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.
- Experience integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong debugging and Agile experience.

Preferred Skills
- Omnichannel retail experience.
- Cloud-native or microservices exposure.
- Event-driven architecture.
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity.
- Production support experience.
