If you take pride in your work and love being part of an amazing team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and submit medical records, work history, and other supporting documents.
  • Prepare detailed case summaries and pre-hearing briefs for attorneys.
  • Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are strategically prepared for hearings and appeals.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, vocational experts, and Social Security representatives as needed.
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all Social Security Administration (SSA) requirements.
  • Utilize case management software to keep files updated and organized.
  • Support clients through what can be a stressful and emotional process with professionalism and compassion.

Who You Are:

✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You never miss a deadline, and every case file is in top shape.
✅ Patient & Client-Focused – You have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with clients who may be experiencing significant stress and frustration.
✅ Independent & Self-Motivated – You take ownership of your work and thrive in a remote setting without needing constant oversight.
✅ Experienced in Social Security Disability Law – Prior experience handling SSDI/SSI cases is a strong plus, and we encourage you to highlight any Social Security Disability experience in your application materials.
✅ Team-Oriented – While you work independently, you also collaborate and communicate effectively with our attorneys and staff.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Social Security Disability cases is strongly preferred – Please highlight any SSDI/SSI experience in your materials.
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security regulations, procedures, and deadlines is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – You must be able to interact professionally with clients, medical providers, and SSA representatives.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in case management software (we can train, but experience is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable with remote work, email, cloud-based case management systems, and virtual meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs in case preparation.
