Senior Talent Sourcer & Recruiter – U.S. Market

Remote | Mexico preferred
$1,500–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience

We are a specialized recruitment firm working with U.S. companies and are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer Recruiter to help us find high-quality candidates and build a scalable, AI-enabled sourcing process.

What you'll do

• Source U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Build targeted searches and candidate pipelines
• Find and verify candidate contact information
• Support multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Use AI tools to improve candidate research, search strategies, personalization and outreach
• Help build and continuously improve our sourcing systems, workflows and automations
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track sourcing performance

What we're looking for

• Previous candidate sourcing or recruitment experience
• Strong LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing skills
• Experience with sourcing/enrichment tools and ATS/CRM systems
• Comfortable using AI tools for recruiting and sourcing
• Experience building or improving sourcing processes
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Independent, resourceful and comfortable working with U.S. teams
• U.S. recruitment/staffing experience is a strong plus
• Logistics/freight-forwarding knowledge is a plus
