About Our Family

We are a warm, active family of 3 (soon to be 4!) who loves to travel, stay on the go, and make the most of our time together. We value getting an early start to the day and appreciate routines that make time for not only family, but a healthy, active lifestyle. With two working parents, a spirited toddler, and a new baby on the way, our days are full of work commitments, family routines, and the everyday surprises of life with young children. As our family grows and we transition to welcoming a newborn in December, we want less time spent catching up on household tasks and more time enjoying each other, whether we’re heading out together or settling in for a relaxed day at home.

We value a home that feels organized, clean, and calm, with consistent routines, limited screen time, and a team-oriented approach to family life. A Montessori-aligned mindset is a plus, as we appreciate fostering our children’s independence and curiosity. With changing schedules, growing children, and preparations for a new baby, we’re looking for a trusted partner to help make daily life feel more manageable. Our goal is to spend less of our downtime coordinating logistics and working through to-do lists, so we can recharge, make time for fitness, enjoy our home, and focus on quality time as a family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We are looking for a self-directed, proactive individual who thrives in a high-energy, dynamic family environment. Taking pride in your work, you enjoy creating order, overseeing daily household tasks independently, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—all while maintaining a calm, organized presence in our home.

You are detail-oriented and able to anticipate needs, think ahead, and take initiative while keeping each family member’s preferences in mind. You follow instructions carefully, remember the little details, and respond openly to feedback. Creating and improving household systems comes naturally to you, and you communicate proactively, asking thoughtful questions and speaking up when you notice something that could make life easier for our family.

You bring strong emotional intelligence, a steady energy, and a great sense of humor. Able to read the room, you know when to step in and how to integrate into our family rhythm while respecting a parent’s work-from-home space. At ease with a toddler, a newborn, and a cat, you are also physically able to keep up with the hands-on demands of an active household.
